Conceived and directed by Luiz Meira, GAL COSTA by LUIZ MEIRA AND GUESTS premiered in August 2023 at the Centro Integrado de Cultura theater in Florianópolis, with repercussions in the specialized media. For this show Luiz Meira invited four great singers from his hometown, whose careers have gone beyond the borders of Santa Catarina: Jú Passos, Camélia Martins, Ammora Alves and Laura Padaratz. “It's been 19 years of friendship, concerts and musical complicity. This tribute is a way of giving back for all that Gal has represented in my career,” emphasizes Meira.
